Inspired by the beauty of the Ginkgo Biloba leaf, this a one-of-a-kind, handwoven, sculpted light of copper wire and is completed with custom lighting and steel fixtures.

In the Hawaiian language 'Wai Hua' describes a water drop that has not touched the earth.
One-of-a-kind sculpted light. The 754 metres / 2474 feet of hand woven galvanized wire is completed by a custom mouth-blown glass globe by New Zealand master glass artist Lyndon Over @lavaglassnz with custom-cut stainless steel fixtures. Installed photo by @linnymorris.

Kai Nui, a one-of-a-kind, handwoven sculpture containing 1,177 metres / 3862 feet of galvanized wire.
'Kai Nui', High Tide or Big Sea in Hawaiian, is a response to the artist's daily observations from her window watching ocean tides under the gravitational influence of the moon'.
43 cm / 17 inch high and 102 cm / 44 inch at the widest point.
Completed with custom lighting and steel fixtures.

'Pua Laha Ole' translates from Hawaiian to mean 'highly-prized rare blossom'.

HINAKI AROHA

Hīnaki Aroha, a one-of-a-kind, handwoven sculpture containing 1700 metres / 5577 feet of galvanized wire.
Influenced by the beauty and elegance of traditional Māori eel traps (hīnaki) this sculpture aspires to be a modern object reflecting the creative forces behind the unison of nature and people.
Hīnaki Aroha is 1.68 metres / 5.5 feet high and has been lit with custom lighting and steel fixtures.
